The issue with level 11 is that there is a brick box right under the "ololo games" logo, so it will not rotate that way. It's not broken, you just can't see what's stopping the arm from moving very well.
DO NOT UPGRADE STARTING MANA
The costs for upgrading total mana during each round (which increases regen speed) goes up, but your starting regen speed does not. Rather than waiting a few seconds for 10 mana, you will be waiting minutes for 1000 mana at the same regen speed.
