The real problem with the gold/min is the constant reduction to it as you go up the levels. My g/m was at 221k/min at lv 499 then i hit lv 500 and it dropped to 61k/min. i've also noticed your HP and Attack go through the same process but not as severely as your gold/min does. Of course crit and block do as well but since they are capped at 50 it isn't as bad. once your artifacts and angels are adding ~150 each to them then it is very easy to keep them maxed even at lv 1240(which is my current max level).

Great game. Needs more content though. I was able to finish the story in 2 days.
