You cloned Tetrisphere. Good God, I missed that game. I didn't even realize I missed it until I played this. All it's missing is the soundtrack. Good job, sir. Good job.

Developer response from Southgrove

Thank you! :D I'm quite sure I won't be able to create a soundtrack equally awesome though. And btw, the gameplay in tetrisphere is preeetty different really. ;)

Good game, but disappointingly buggy. I played it to completion, but the game doesn't save your progress at present - plus, there's an annoying glitch where parts of your tower will stop being rendered (and functioning, I'm fairly certain). The fix I found is to build a new office on top - something you'll be doing a lot of at the endgame, when you'll want to pile on the researchers. Also: special facilities for everyone but researchers? Odd.

It's just a text adventure inflicted upon you by an insane AI. You're not really dismembered, the AI is just being petty as hell. Anyways. If you're stuck there at the end, look at the blood, then when the AI asks what other human frailties you could do without, reply "anger" (or "hate", I assume). It's rather satisfying to see the bastard computer at a loss for words. Exit the room, and you're done. And I can't emphasize this enough: if you're stuck at the start, LOOK AT THE BED.

Check out the bed. You'll find the key automatically. Seriously, just LOOK each time you come to a new room and examine everything which presents itself. The first keypad, FYI, is a simple math problem, while the second is an exercise in persistence - just keep typing in numbers and enduring the evil computer's abuse. Eventually, one of the random numbers will click - it's what TVTropes would call a "Schrodinger's Question", i.e. there IS no right answer, but Xth try will always be accepted as correct. As for the guessing game, just guess halfway between the two closest numbers. Start with 50,000; if he says high, move on to 25,000; if he says low, move on to 75,000, and so forth. It's tedious but easily solvable.

Quite clever. I suppose it doesn't hurt that my immediate reaction to an evil computer flinging abuse at me is to grin infuriatingly and keep flogging away at it. And logic bombing him into submission when he gave me an opening was infinitely satisfying.

I feel like I just got punched in the face. That wasn't even remotely fair. I'm not sure whether I should laugh at being so gloriously and hilariously pranked or whether I should see if I can find the guy who made this game and run him through the grinder instead. At least the final joke was on the game itself: strapped for ideas, I named the little dude Unknown. Now, who the hell's gonna buy and eat a can of Unknown?

One achievement left, the "Run 10000 feet to the left" one. Just how do I get that? Is it "10,000 feet between all games" or "10,000 in a single game"?
