I noticed that there is no weapon with penetration ability. I think the sniper should have a special to be able to shoot through enemies, and upgrading its special would determine how many enemies it can penetrate.
My strategy that helped me win Normal:
Start out with 3 friends and give them each a slingshot. Put them in a horizontal line. Set the left friend to attack left-most enemies, the middle to attack the lowest enemies, and the right to attack the right. This helps spread out your fire power and kills those group waves while your middle friend will take down priority targets. Maybe 15 or so waves in, save up $1000. With this money, buy two backup guys and give them each sniper rifles. Set them to not move and attack the lowest enemy and spread them out. Upgrade their range as soon as possible to leave no holes in your back line. What also helps is if you equip your middle friend with a shotgun to keep him spewing bullets. +1 if this helped you out

2. While holding down mouse, move mouse over where looting inventory appears (gray area)
3. Enjoy unlimited firing.
If you are having trouble making goals, READ THIS: When you take a shot at the goal, don't just assume a harder kick has a better chance of going in. Make your shot about 65-85% (depending on distance) and get some air. Try to find the right power that will make the ball bounce a few feet in front of the goalie. He will dive for the ball and it will bounce right over him.

These stupid inverted controls are annoying. I have fine reactions, but when I veer away from the oil because my instinct is for realistic controls, this game loses all play value.
The concept of this game is absolutely fabulous. While the music can be rather annoying, the way this game works is amazing. Lots of potential outside of the holiday theme.
The "days" thing is a (bad) way to earn money. While much more can be accomplished by an ad, if you have no other games to play, I suppose it could work. I don't mind it much because I can play for an hour or so then go play Black Ops or TF2 for a while, then come back later.
TL;DR stop whining about the days thing and get over it.
