I find this game a hundred times easier to play when I mute it. The game's input are synced really badly with the actual music on many of the songs, at least to my ear. Considering I am ranked in the top 1000 on rock band 3's drums, I think it's safe to say my sense of rhythm is at the very least "decent."
to MagusShade: Typically lanes where you have to face demons, don't even bother with a barracks. They'll just get nuked. Instead, make sure the entire lane has towers at every possible spot, even if it's just a level 1 archer tower because the shields protect from hits, not damage. As aginco mentioned, archers with poison arrows target randomly as well. Lastly: Rain of Fire those guys all day long. The way I play, I almost always tell enemy waves to go early because it gives you quicker cooldowns on your spells so it's pretty easy to spam rain of fire on them.
I love these games, but man they can be infuriating. Literally both my starting soldiers died on day one on a mission with only 4% danger. That settlement didn't last long.
Only, only, only thing I'd like added to this game is some keystroke commands for Rally Points. Possibly tower upgrades, too, but that's not as important. This is easily my favorite game on Kongregate already, so obviously it's not like it matters. Just a small suggestion.
The farmer keeps getting credits for kills I make against the foxes on the third stage. I don't know why this is happening. He is not hitting them after I attack them with my super attack. He is also getting credit for any foxes the cows run off the side of the stage, again even if he didn't hit them. Makes it impossible for me, as he gets like 15 points every round.
Way too much intro. I've been having a guy talk to me for like 20 minutes without playing. Yeah, okay, there's a skip button, but I don't like pushing that especially during an introduction trying to set up the game.
Other than that, solid game. Maybe figure out a way to break up the exposition?
No way the creator of this game is the same person attributed to submitting it here. This has art history and music in it, and his grammar is atrocious. Can't be the same person.
I finished the last auto stage about 5 minutes ago but one of them is still rocking back and forth. Kind of annoying. Other than that, another solid outing for a perennial favorite on the Flash games circuit.
I was enjoying the game, then I got to wave 12 and died like 400 times in a row because I couldn't make out what was going on anymore. Artificial difficulty is not acceptable in my books.
There's only like three tower defense games worth playing anymore anyway. Another one (and with broken badges and no speed up option) is kind of overkill.
