yea it can be very annoying if you need a special tile on the higher levels that just doesnt appear. I guess u need to build right on the earlier levels to get alot of bonuses. And of course u need luck, but there is a bit of luck in every game.
What really annoys me, when i want to rebuild my circle with the tiles i have cause i see a different possibility, i cant put them when there is a limiter. I could use an empty space where i put the tiles i want to use on a different place on the ring, or make it that you can put the tiles even if there is a limiter but u lose if you fill the ring (like with wrong tiles)
