3. Rules of Ten. You are almost never at below 10% HP, because you're either regenerating health very fast. either you're dead. Unless there will be a way to decrease HP percentage that much manually, this talent will not work properly. Aside from almost nonexistent chance of triggering this effect and super-crit dealing more damage.
I'm honestly glad that this game makes you really think how to build your character and not just pick talents randomly. Amount of strategy in this flash game is just insane. Imagine seeing an enemy 50x thicker than you and smashing it into a goo. Yes, this is possible here.
