Superyoshi37, in order to beat level 22 you have to use the scalpel (at the top part of the metal wall) Then Open Him up, Then Use the srylnge (bottom part of the metal wall) and use it on the blue thing, then it will turn into a red button. use the forceps to get it out (left part of the metal wall) and then put the forceps and the button on the metal wall. then use the suture to close him up. then click the red button and ur done.
