Save files are in your local browser storage. It's completely up to your browser if they are deleted, and nothing I can do (and there are many ways to clear them). If you're having problems, try exporting saves or using Aground Cloud.
Game has potential but first of all , how about banning more hackers? I am sick of 60-1 one-shotters or aimboters ! So many high level players because of such cheats ! Its as if the report system doesnt work at all !
