So last night I had a serious accident at home! I was just going downstairs to get my laundry fromt he dry when I slipped on the top stair and fell all the way down to the last set,I know I have a possible broken bone from my left shoulder to ,y hand, if not more than one. my right arm seems ok. so if I am not on for a while you know why.

yes this hurts, but I have been trough the same pain before breaking another bone in my right arm before, so it foes not faze me musch.
