Ugh... I can't play this. I'm really sorry, and the mechanics look brilliant... but the control is so painful. If it were just arrows, or something... ANYTHING... but the mouse. I'll still give a 4/5 because of its look and the mechanics, but I couldn't even bring myself to complete the Easy badge. Sorry.
I nearly threw up after one intense session where this one bugger kept slipping behind me, and I spun in circles trying to find him.
So I highly recommend this game!
A decent game, though the mixture of 2d and 3d threw me off a little. Also, it lags fairly significantly, and the black screens are pretty long. I don't know if that's a bug, or just something to deal with. Keep working!
This was a fabulous game, and I thank you for making it.
Suggestions, of course: I don't mind the colors, the layout, or the input. I think adding a number as an input would actually make it a less elegant game, so I'd counsel against it. But that's just me.
I think everyone is right: there should be some sort of new content... but I'm thinking bigger than just 30 new levels. I think you should try for procedural generation, the way Sudoku creators do it. That way people could get a lot more games out of things.
Overal, 5/5 and a favorite for you sir! Make more games with this polish and this cleverness, and you'll do pretty well.
ProTip: If you think you can't solve it, just keep moving things around. If you do, often the correct connections become apparent.
ProTip2: You don't need to use every peg on every level. However, if you run into issues, do your best to use the pegs, as they will often clear the path to victory.
ProTip3: There are always, always, multiple paths to victory. Don't give up!
+ if this helped you please, fine gentlemen and ladies!
This is, undoubtably, the best platform shooter I have ever played. Other than some minor issues with Lag, it's the one I keep coming back to, because it's *perfect.*
I rated it down a little, mostly because the game does a lot of grinding. If it is going to be such a game, amke sure that all of the grinding activities are actually fun, dear sir.
But, thank you for making a game for my enjoyment! I certainly appreciate that. Good day.
My main recommendation for this game is some sort of visual way for us to know what the goal is, or when we succeed. As it is, I started making up stories about the sad lives of the marbles instead of actually getting "points."
Cool things in this game:
-Destructible environments
-Decent Art
-Decent Art that DOESN'T LAG my computer. (WOOOOT)
-Pretty fun racing
Negatives:
-Not a whole lot of variation in the gameplay. This is a VERY solid start, but it does need some other aspects. Maybe different vehicles, different powerups, some way of interacting with people...
-Not enough destruction. Seriously! I wanna see more buildings fall! That is just SO COOL.
Anyway, good work! Hope this gets accepted!
Best as I can tell, when you reach the level where you have to drop down from a single-block pattern, if you jump off the edge, you can trigger a shaky-screen glitch.
Other than that, a great first game, and fairly fun.
The point of the game is to be LIKE Shadow of the Collossus. Which it is, and does well. It's a fun platofrmer, and the game works well as what it's supposed to be.
I'm looking into what may be causing this issue for the 1.2 patch, as well as some other things to help some players.
