I don't know if this is a recent problem, or if it's a problem with my browser or my version of Flash, but I can't seem to export or import.
I've tried several times to import a dungeon, but nothing I try works. I've tried clicking the Import button in-game and the "Play Now" button in Kongregate's sidebox both in the same tab and by opening a new tab and window.
Can someone tell me if I'm doing it wrong or if there's simply a bug?
I love this game, but I'm conflicted.
The concept is so much fun - it's perfect for someone like me who chocks up my self-worth to how much fake money I've amassed on random, pointless online games - but it's full of holes. Bad English aside, this game would easily get my 5/5 if it had a way to HEAL in a Tavern and a way to skip past the whole autofight stooges-bashing-heads match. Just a few more touches and this game would be amazing! I mean, HEALING. Really. You don't have to make it easy - it could cost the players a huge sum of money, or whatever, but have the option there. Or make your death screen appear quickly and get it out of the way so we can continue with a good game.
Playing this game in a library was certainly not the best choice - took most of what I had not to scream at the screen saying "IDIOT HUMANS! STAY BEHIND ME!" or burst out crying.
I must agree that this is a great game - I enjoy games quite similar to this, games which explore a more emotional and artistic side of gaming. Simply killing things or leveling up is boring - just as some people find this boring. Games like this give me a way to explore more things I might not otherwise get a chance to. While I can't say I had huge revelations, I find I'm not as faithful in mankind as I would like - my initial reaction to the boy after the little girl was fear. I wanted to backtrack - especially when the father came out. An interesting learning from a simple little game.
Amazing graphics, concept and beautiful heartfelt music. +fav for sure.
