I'm in agreement here about the balance. Adding and upgrading to the weapons only seemed to make them go faster. The shotgun didn't have enough firepower to make it worthwhile to switch. I was just a machine gun sorta person. It would have been nice to have something to keep track of how ar along you were, too. :)
I completed the game and decided that I wanted to play in the endless mode. I respec'd the talents because I wanted to get 3 stars on the last level, but after I reallocated the points, it won't let me assign spells to the hotkeys. The sections up above don't even exist anymore. Am I missing something? I love the game otherwise - but would love to get those three stars and start on the endless ode *with* the spells. the game was awesome up until that point.
If you're re-assinging talents via the World Map, the hotbar does not show up there! You'll have to go into a world or into Endless Mode to slide your spells up to the hotbar.
