Okay, I think there is a bug or something, cause Shioni isn't near the well in the fields! And I can't climb until I've talked to him!

Hi, you most likely talked to Gitsue the farmer twice, that could've caused it. I believe it's fixed now, try reloading and see if Shioni is as the well.
