Hey Kupo, I'm loving your game so far, but I think it could use at least 2 major improvements.
2 sliders in the options menu, one for music volume and the other for sound effects volume.
I like the music of your game, but it is just too loud for my taste and having the option to lower it would be amazing.
For people who need help with harder battles or just winning battles in general: Stun and Focus.
Stunning is very important and powerful in this game, when fighting single enemies like bosses, you can chain stuns to keep the enemy out of the fight completely. Stun high HP enemies and other high priority targets, like ones that can stun or hurt you a lot.
Focus on killing weaker enemies, rather than damaging all of them, not saying you shouldn't build towards AoE spells, but if you have a choice between damaging all enemies and killing 1 enemy, kill the one enemy so you take less damage for the rest of the fight.
Hey Erman, your game was cool the first time, but this seems to be a map pack to the exact same game you released 2 years ago. The concept is the same, the engine is the same, nothing has been changed. It's just boring, please make a new game or at least do something with this one, cause as it stands right now, it doesn't deserve a sequel name, it should be named Ultimate Assassin 2: The Polished Version.
The game was kinda ... meh, it was easy and boring, yet unfair and hard.
If you were Zerg Rushing (Lots of the tier 1 units), Mortars were just a straight up hard counter and I only won because I got a few shots off on the enemy Leader.
I'd rather sit up and replay missions and get the correct unit composition I need for the next enemy, than just upgrading my existing units, hoping that I can out-mass them (which I could).
Overall, it's a neat concept, but it needs some work and some more thought put into it.
For anyone who can't collect all the secret letters:
K.O.L.M. - K(ind) O(f) L(ike) M(etroid)
100% is really fun to get, there's a bit of backtracking, but that's what makes this game good.
Backtracking is not boring, cause you always have a new power or you're going to get a new power that you couldn't get before, which makes it that much better. 5/5
When I saw the (Preview) tag, I was expecting a bad quality, very short game with no thought involved, just showing some main features.
But this, this was so much more, it was fun, good quality (could use some polish for the first person view), had some great gravity puzzles (levels 9 and 10) and showed off the games features superbly. 5/5
I hope this game gets finished quicker than Duke Nukem Forever Gold. :P
@lan14t
Frantic will never match up to this game, this game is much more than Frantic ever could be.
Also: If you crash into the Shop at the end of the level and die, there's a high chance that you will get stuck seeing Neko's chat box but being unable to do anything.
Liked the game, the idea is good, if not a bit difficult to grasp at certain points.
I liked how you added the effect to the part with 2 people to make it seem like a flashback (Which is what it was supposed to be, right?).
The game was good and kinda original, loved the story, but it was kinda sad.
Gameplay 3/5
Story 4.5/5
Graphics 4.5/5
Originality 4/5
Overall, a strong 4/5, I've seen better, but the gameplay is kinda bland.
This is total Bullcrap compared to the first 2 games ... there was too much money and the missions were just bullshit the aiming was ok and you made the aiming better but the story well that kind of went missing and the lack of challenge had me beating this game in 10 min, so plz go and put some time and effort into your next game you have great promise.
