As someone old enough to remember Dr. Mario, all I have to say is: WTF? This is NOTHING like Dr. Mario. Dr. Mario, if anything, was more like Tetris in its style of gameplay, except that instead of eliminating lines of blocks by matching pills, you eliminated the germs.
As for this game itself, I have to give props on making germs adorable. XD And the music is pretty fun without getting annoying. It's a nice take on the match-3 gameplay.
