This is a great game! It's fun to play, the music is nice, and the concept is pretty unique. I just ate my first bat, thus beating the game for the very first time, which is kind of sad when you consider that I've liked playing this since I was a cringey nine-year-old. The later levels can get pretty hectic, and it just becomes a race to eat all the things before one of them hits your poor, horrifically overfilled web in just the right spot and breaks the whole thing, upon which you're almost certainly doomed. The fireflies are more of a nuisance than anything, and I always immediately stop what I'm doing to eat them before they attract infinite moths and annihilate my web. Same with queen bees, but with them, it's actually an intended side effect.
@Criggie It's a tangerine cat. You unlock it if you put the cat in the machine,but what happens beforehand and the things the thoughtbox says for the time before the cat is unlocked left me feeling disturbed.
The developer needs to fix autosaving. If your dead core flies too far with autosave on,then the game autosaves while you're dead,turning you into a speck next time you load up the game. I have lost many murder machines to this glitch. Thumbs up this comment so the dev can see it!
