Combat can feel a little sluggish. Would this be related to the constantly updating stats? Would it be easier if stat increases were compiled after the battle?
Busty Space Cadet: Hello Overlord! I dyed my hair purple today! Also, I'll be measuring your progress from now on. Your buildings are currently lvl 1, but if you invest time and resources into them, they'll become even more productive. What's that? Oh no, I'm not a tutorial. I'll always be here ♥. I wouldn't want you to forget that leveling those buildings is essential to playing the game. You might get distracted by all the other things you do! Like raising shields by 1% silly.
Looks like the developers were heavily inspired by Champions Online when they made the interface. Unfortunately this is about as thought out as most online card games. Good thing there are badges! =D
The battle rages on. I was set upon by 5 Nightmare Stallions, Phantoms in massive plate mail riding with sword and shield in hand. I had nothing but gold in my pocket, and I was low on health. What did I do...?
I told them to wait while I went to the med clinic, bought an Abyssal Whip, Soultaker Plate mail and leveled up 5 times. Went back to the fight after a week long vacation and slew them all.
Beats you over the head with cheesy graphics, then tosses you into the heat for a trial by fire. I'm sure from the positive responses the game has its merits, but I find myself repulsed by the lack of a friendly looking interface.
This forest may as well be styrofoam, because finding a vein of gold, iron, and crystal on the surface is less intensive a quest than finding a piece of wood.
3 Wood + 3 Wood = Timber
3 Iron Ore + 3 Iron Ore = Iron Ingot
1 Timber + 1 Iron Ingot = Nail Bat
3 Iron Ingot + Alkahest = 1 Iron Globe
1 Nail Bat + 1 Iron Globe = Vindicator
Vindicator has 22+ attack.
