Also I'd change the name of the 'Ritual' button to 'Rank' or something to make it easier to tell what it does at first glance, since many elements require rank to use.
I would suggest that on the party screen you move the top bar to the left in order to match up with the other screens (main, routine, story, etc.) You can add another button for the effect summary so you'll have more horizontal space, and i think it would make the whole UI more cohesive
I've gotten into a situation where the cleric keeps self healing when hes the only one left, keeping me in an infinite loop. I'm not sure how you could fix that, but maybe if theres one guy left they can only heal themselves a few times in a row?
