Too much of the physics effects is aimed straight up. Kickers over the paddles should not kick the ball straight up as they do in the game, they should kick the ball in the angle they are directed in, that is facing diagonally upwards and to the centre. When the ball hits an object, for example an enemy it should divert its course in the direct opposite direction of travel or at an angle not always upwards.
What made the classic pinball dreams games so good was their physics engine, not the graphics. This game just shows how hard that is to accomplish.
Great game! I like the puzzle feel of finding what is the right diagnosis plus the fact that you have to read the text about every illness to have increased chance of getting it right. Ages and sex etc. :) I want to play Med School 2!
