Isn't sleeping and the time advancing for a year (two years if you lose a battle) too harsh?
Isn't it possible to make it smaller, like a day/week/month? I mean, the title does say "Carpe Diem" after all.... so sleeping like a log for a year doesn't really fit....
Hi! That's the point of the game. You have to make the most out of every year (Carpe Diem basically) because you have a limited amount of them and they go on fast if you don't plan well in advance :) Cheers! Dis.
There seem to be some problems with the scripts when loading.
Once that's gotten through it seems fine. But still, please fix whatever that problem is.
Clemons, the store has a restock time for a purpose; so people CAN'T just get the most convenient item, and have to work with what they have. It's part of strategy.
Nice. It'd be wicked if you could tweak the physics to be better. (In space, you keep going, crashing with another craft actually causes crashes, shields/armor being rendered when going against debris, gravitational field/ozone layer, etc., etc.....)
For cripes sake, give us a damn way of killing the enemies behind us. "Oh, I'll just keep marching forward and hope the asshole behind me doesn't critically hit me" is utter idiocy. Like honestly, wth? Smarten this thing up.
Problems:
Game Freezes randomly (happened with the 6 months later scene).
Cant get the turrets; no option to buy them though I have them unlocked, even when can buy China Lake properly.
Laggy even on "normal" defintion.
Sometimes I can buy things before lvling to the point where it says "___" is unlocked.
Why can't these guys run? It's like they're crawling! When there's something after you, trying to eat you....like, usually you'd run.
My ally cannot cross Trip Wires, always gets stuck behind the red line.
Sometimes my trip wires randomly disappear, despite no alien having crossing them, and when they do disappear, they don't even blow up.
Glitch: When accessing Haven terminals and buying ammo for my SMG (in the second planetside level) I get to full, but can't buy ammo for my AR. Switch over to my AR and buy ammo, and see that the ammo for my SMG is back to before I bought ammo. Did same thing in reverse, and same thing happened. Wasted my credits.
seems great, but whenever I play, I only get to the part where I see a guy staring at me, wearing a mask, and it says "Newbie" underneath. Cant do anything, cant click on anything, not even the tools
Um, what's up with the grid showing up? It was never there before; I saw it right now with the first Chapter too. Whenever I have played before, it was *normal* not like this new grid like fashion...
