Not a big fan of the fact that Monstrous Strength displaced the hotkey for Boss Rush. In fact, I would have preferred that it be on the same cooldown and duration as Boss Rush, since that's where I actually want to use it.
I've been experiencing massive memory leak issues since the updates to the UI. 2 hours of browser being open = death to my system. Any plans to optimize performance? I get the feeling that the black screens between levels mitigated this issue somehow.
Updated my review to 5 stars today. Some people have complained about the game being very slow, but that seems to be a function of not taking advantage of the benefits of actively playing it. It's idle in the sense that you don't run/jump/shoot, but I've been able to play through at a very reasonable clip by being engaged with the game. Unlike a lot of other idle games, I don't find myself leaving it idle for a full week to get something done, which is extremely refreshing. Too many slogs in the genre and this just isn't one of them.
Goblin Madness was by far the hardest level of the challenges. Golden Angel could essentially be bypassed if all you do is wait for Celestial Angel and Fire Titan to come out. CA practically bugs out the GA, Fire Titan will waltz right past them both and take out the building by himself. Seriously.
The pacing of upgrades is entirely too slow. Spent enough time to get through 6ish levels (can't recall, bothered to play something fun for a while before coming to comment) only to be bottlenecked on gun points. A lot. More or less, I felt as though the game was simply stalling me from having fun.
The firing speed bug is definitely annoying and a major detraction from the game. As said earlier, don't max your rate of fire, as it bugs the guns so they no longer shoot at all.
