The equipment needs to made much better. I've been using the same bow that I bought from the store at the beginning of the game this entire time. I keep finding warrior and mage weapons, which would be great if I wasn't an archer. Also, some of the Defense battles are odd. I can kill almost all of the enemies in one hit, and 2-3 I only do 1 damage to? What kind of B.S. is that? The game could have been much, much better. It's a grindfest without much reward/improvement with the grinding. The only major increase I've noticed is a rise in accuracy, and the damage has gone up slightly (which also helps that I can now hit with heavy attacks, but the damage increase is barely noticeable at times). Just, so, so many ways this could have been improved, especially for being a well-made grindfest.
A useful addition would be that when you were looking at an item, it auto-compared the item with the currently equipped item of the same type. At times it gets aggravating to flip back and forth to see which new shield is better.
I found the easiest deck to use for all the challenges was a full white creature deck. Only keep in health regen cards, monster destroying, and unblockable modifiers, and nothing can stop you. Worked wonders on all the challenges.
The only issue I found was some of the artifacts do not drop easily. For example, I have run through all 99 levels 3 times for the final eye I need, the "eye of life", and it has yet to drop from any of the yellow chests.
Oh. A few other things. Powerups drop very rarely, which seemed weird, and I got a ton of health at the beginning, when I didn't need it. I also got bombs and shotguns when I didn't need them at all, making them worthless. The +100 score near level 30 was worthless, better off going for the zombies. At the beginning, the zombies are too slow, it takes forever between zombies, making the wait a bit annoying for the people who could type much faster than 3-letter words. Keep in mind these are NOT "bad" issues, just things that could do with improvement. I highly enjoyed the game personally.
The only bad issue I saw was some of the words wouldn't accept, the worst offender I had being "hospital", after the p it would randomly start over again. The only other issue I saw was if you had words that ended and began with the same letters, it would start and end both at the same time, which distracted you from the word you were typing. Other than that, glad to be at #1 on the scoreboard, and good game.
