The "Home Sweet Home" achievement doesn't need 25 items in your home, you can just put and remove 1 item 25 times!

you should be able to stack same 'usable' items together, like having 2 inventory slots with 2xRepairHammerlvl1 and put them only in 1 inventory slot.
