This happened to me 2 times in a row now. Once I open a regular chest, my screen goes to the normal "view cards" mode, but suddenly freezes and shows me only one card. I can't do anything with the card, no matter how many times i click it. I've tried refreshing it, but all it does is hinder my progress :(. Is this a glitch? I don't know what to do :( I lost 6 cards of goodies and I can't get them back ;(

The moment you open a chest, the contents are saved to the server, except for gold from normal Silver Chests, which we are looking into as well as the chest opening crashes. If you play with low quality mode enabled, it lessens the frequency of crashes. You can hit "P" on the keyboard to see what you got, since the gold stars on new items are cleared by a refresh.

I somehow predicted that report.txt was going to be bad. What other reason would a sentient AI not show you something?
