Here's an idea: Make a Blank Software for the Speaker Drone, similar to the Paranoid Software, so that you could edit the software to make it say what you want when exposed to certain things.
Custom text would be too easy to abuse. Spam and obscenities would be rampant and increase the moderation load for Kong far too much. Word filters do not work because they just can't cover all the cases (l33tspeak, various non-ascii characters, intentional word mangling, etc.)
