Needs a way to strafe targets. It's hard to dodge fire from turrets while also shooting back

It would be nice if I actually got some time to rest between rounds. It's kind of hard not dying when you've still got 5 enemies from the previous round left and you get the next round and don't have the time to reload and rest.
