Sometimes my game like the objects when i click they keep respawning, Whats going on with it? And How to stop it?

Couldent there be a robot beast? I mean like the first before he evolves would look like a robot dog then his evolvieon would look like a robot destoryer then his last evolveion would be a big robot with nuke on him
