Why do you think so? We've tried to make the game enjoyable for free players. You can pay to speed up your progress, but it's not really necessary, you can play/finish the game without paying anything. As you can see from the comments below, it's currently finish-able within a few days.
Way too short, I was able to finish the game on level 18, and the previous games were a lot better than this one. This actually made me want to go back and play the old ones and I did after beating this one.

Level 23 is based entirely on the lucky chance that the physics of the game allows you to even start it. I have started the level and then been thrown into the walls of the contraption, as it flails around
