Fun game! The "Switching Sides" storyline was the most odd, Marcus develops Dissociative Identity Disorder, and most witness npc's tend to forget you murdered someone 5 seconds ago.
If you find yourself stuck on the "Now You Are Thinking With Shifting :P" level, there is a restart (suicide) option under the Pause Menu. P ->"Kill" (3rd option box located at the bottom of the menu).
Good time killer! I came for Thursday's BOTD (Sep. 21st), but was hooked in to finish at least one play-through of the game. I'm a little bummed I couldn't figure out how to pull off a speed reversal. I wanted to unlock a cop car so I could RP a crazy cop chasing his perp.
Fun game, it's unlike anything else I've played before. The originality of the game among others of it's genre also creates a steep learning curve that might discourage new players, you could counteract this with an optional introductory tutorial to familiarize new players with game's mechanics.
As far as negatives go, the worst offender by far is the counter intuitive camera that moves in the opposite direction of the camera. Another issue I ran across was that I could not enter keyboard commands until I disabled my browser's quick search, definitely fixable since all other games I play disable the trigger once I've clicked the game's window.
Overall it's a solid game once you make it past the initial learning curve, that is brought down by forced reversed camera pan.
This flash game has the steepest difficulty curve I've ever seen, the minimalist tutorial doesn't help either. Then I'm throw into a full on death battle.
Haha, true :) It's a dark path, of course.
