Edit: the only critical point, as others mentioned, is the beginning. I know you understand how it is crucial as the game unfolds, but people may have been quitting the game before even starting to see why it is good. But thats just because of the rather easy mechanics of the game, i believe. Just a tricky thing to tackle i believe.
Dude, you have a way of telling stories that warms the heart in a way. You need to get in touch with some of the people that are really good at programming complex RPGs with you directing it all and it will be such a hit that, so i bet, it will remain the best RPG on this website for a long time.
