There aren’t 3 numbers when lights are on black. There’s fingerprints, which reveal 7 buttons. Since you already know the first 5 characters, all you need is to find the last two, using the fingerprints as a guide.

Thanks, I took a closer look at the camera and realised I had been thinking the bottom row was A-B-C, not A-0-B

Yeah, it’s the little things in this game. I’ve been stuck several times myself, being very close to the answer for a long time.
