We have been banned for 30 days with the assumption that Wallhack is accounted for in Account 13459389 ID used in Contract Wars game. After the wallhack is done, the punishment will be an indefinite ban. This account was banned for non-4th time. When we wrote to you earlier, our account was opened. We were accounted for more than a week ago, but ban was applied for 30 days to see if wallhack is being used again. We want the necessary investigations and studies to be carried out, and that the ban on being given unfairly is lifted. Let us know that we do not use wallhack-like software in our account. Our account was reopened by ‘nqss’ in response to the previous ban’s application. I would like you to review our account and remove the unfair ban practice from scratch

Why am i banned?
I swear to god i didnt hack
Why?
My K/D is just a poor 2.19 and it keep dropping over and over.
If i uses any hack,my kd would be above 3 or something.
But why?
Do you have any proof?
If you do please show it to me.
And if you didnt you better unban me before i sue absolutsoft.
I paid money on it,work hard on it,grinding stuffs and more.
But the most precious thing i lost is TIME.
Please i’m begging you to unban me IF you do have proof

Sir, i got 100 days ban for using customization for the guns. I accept on that.
Today my 100 days got over, but as soon i played the game i got banned again. I can not reset the customization on my own.
If u banned me previously atleast u could reset it. This time i getting banned is not fault. I am sure other banned players will face the same issue. Please help.my ign is Obsession1 id-12990869
