1) Masamune.
14th dimension, hardmode, 2nd screen, far on the right. Climb the wall, follow the platforms, purchase the blessed sword. Treasure hunters will need: (a) 3000 gold and (b) Running Shoes or, better, Winged Boots.
2) Winged Boots.
15th dimension, hardmode, 1st screen, far on the right. Ascend.
3) Lightning Rod. 11th dimension, hardmode, 1st screen. Reach the roof of the tower, then the lowest place on the right. Get to the triangle, make the ground under your feet disappear, go left. Winged Boots required.
4) Frozen Tome. 12th dimension, hardmode, 4th screen. Above the second Delta Orb there's another one. Ascend. People interested in acquiring this powerful weapon will need 3000 gold and a pair of Winged Boots.
PS: 15th dimension, hardmode, first screen. Walk right until you find a cliff. Stop, look up. It's there, even if you can't see it. Reach it, if you can.

Treasure hunters will need: (a) 3000 gold, because the sword must be purchased from a silent old man; (b) a pair of Running Shoes or, better, the unique item number two (see below). 14th dimension, hardmode, second screen, far on the right. Climb the wall, follow the platforms, talk to the npc.
2) Winged Boots.
15th dimension, hardmode, first screen, far on the right. Climb the wall until you find a treasure chest.
3) Lightning Rod.
Treasure hunters will need a pair of Winged Boots. 11th dimension, hardmode, first screen. Reach the roof of the tower and let yourself fall on the right; reach the lowest place, then start going left using the delta powers. Reach the triangle, make the ground under your feet disappear, go left until you find a chest.

MUSHROOM: you collect it at the beginning of your journey, before the fall. It is located two flowers after the first person who speaks to you. In the lowest place of the lava cave, you'll find the "mushroom-eater", that will take the mushroom and reward you with a (useless) endurance fruit.
