At the moment there is no way to reset an account to restart the game. You have the option to customize your main merc or use the other mercs to use an optimized build. We have a major patch planned in a few weeks though which will impact the gameplay of the different merc classes massively. If there is not, than melee units is just worse than any others (and that's not cool at all))
