Why can I buy autocast for Thief's Drain? Isn't that just a passive effect? I have no spell listed for it, nor is there room for it to be a spell on the listing. Its description also really hints that its not a spell. So what does buying autocast for it do? Is this just a mistake?
Since the last update, I can't play this without killing my browser's performance. Need to sit on a menu, just not open it at all. It might work decently for a few minutes in-game before performance drops, though. Firefox.
The one addition I'd love more then anything else right now - autostat allotment on level up. Where you can select stats based on your minimal stat per level to be allocated when you level up. So say, if level 1->2 gives you 10 stat points, I could select it to set 5 int, 1 dex, 2 agi, 2 con for every 10 points automatically. The inventory seems like it'll also get out of hand fast, when you start having a level 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 ring trying to craft your way up to 10 or other ridiculous amounts. This seems like it can be worked around if enemies start dropping higher level gear as you progress, so you can ditch lower levels as you progress.
They do, Every 5 Areas The Range of Item Level Increase.
But Combining only add 1 level to the base, regardless of the level of the second item.
Edit: auto allocation would be a Talent, Thanks for the Suggestion.
The biggest problem I see with this game, after maybe a month of playing... is nobody knows how to find the options. Because of this, this is the only idle game with scientific notation I know of, where nobody uses scientific notation. Would be swell if players could have a bit of a... hint at where to find the options, without needing to be told, since its not exactly obvious.
My #1 complaint here has to be the waiting for your "pet"/lamia to age. I understand its an idle game, but there seems to be nothing to effect the speed at which this occurs. So its just this one tedious force that prevents progress. Sure, there's building you can buy to level your lamia faster or get more gold, but that's not what's interesting. The age mechanic just feels like it was put in there to force us to wait, since otherwise we'd breeze through. But it doesn't feel right to just be told "Wait, you're moving too fast, slow down.". We need ways to make it so this speeds up, otherwise it feels like we're being punished for going too quickly.
It'd be a lot more enjoyable if it didn't take ~6 hours to get from start end (if you keep up with the upgrades). I rarely say this, but perhaps you might want to consider slowing the player's progress at points? There were points where I got money faster then I could spend it, even when actively keeping an eye on it.
As is, explosive bullets seem to be a bit overpowered. I'd probably reduce the range per level up very slightly. The damage multiplier also kind of broke them in terms of power. The moment you get explosive bullet damage multiplier, you've essentially just won.
Since the last update: The game is literally broken for me now. I can't see how many minions I own, my stats, my level, my exp, my HP, my HP, I can't seem to buy minions, I can't seem to use potions, Most of my equipment can't be equipped or sold if there's any items beneath it... None of my spells have scroll-over notes now. My equipment's still listed correctly, but that's about the only thing working as intended. I'm not looting over time, or getting alerts, either. So the game seems to literally think I have 0 attack.
Since you just threw a new update out there, I'd just like to mention that the new skill doesn't list its effect and cost on scroll over for me, unlike the rest of the skills. The 2 buttons under reset are beneath the bottom of the game's screen for me, as well. Which was a problem which wasn't there before. Good to see some updates rolling, though.
For those who came here expecting an idle game, then came thinking there's no idling until you get a dragon, this is actually incorrect. I don't know if this is a bug or not, but there seems to be a neat little trick with the minions you can buy. Say, you buy 1 skeleton, it'll do 1 damage per second for 15 seconds. But lets say you buy 2? Both skeletons will deal DPS at the same time, but their timer's will go one at a time. So you'll deal 2 DPS for 15 second, then 1 DPS for 15 seconds (for a grand total of 45 damage for the price of 2.1 skeletons, instead of 15 for the price of 1 skeleton). In essence, if you buy enough of a minion, you WILL make a gold profit (not to mention, you can sell items for extra profit. Raise your luck for more rare items, and that again, increases your profit.) However, it may take a bit of math to figure out exactly how many of a minion you need to turn a profit, without selling items.
I lost interest in the tutorial, and made it to level 7 before it became evident that I had to 'fold it up like a die', rather then use the concept of "Well, with these colors, this number couldn't go here", so, admittedly, the game didn't force you to do what it intended to very much. And after level 10, I only had to think "spatially" for 4 levels, which was fairly disappointing. Could really use some added length, at the very least.
Is anyone else forced into being zoomed in after today? I can barely click the go to town button. Can't even see how much I made, or all of my available crops. Thought refreshing would work, nope. Using Google Chrome, if that might be involved.
Is leveling bugged? I didn't get my upgrade token after leveling up. That immediately puts me at a competitive disadvantage to everyone else who's gone through the levels...
New update didn't solve arena AT ALL. There's still the issue you have to use X deck to counter X possible power decks. One way or another, new players are all together screwed over, casual players are as well, the only players who stand a chance in the arena are the ones who follow the newest OP cards. All they did was remove a feature from the game to clone a feature already in the game. This also takes away from the only gameplay that allowed you to afk and progress without having to time everything to be done every 20 minutes. Bring back a missing feature, the real arena.
Hi, sorry for the confusion, autocast should not be allowed for that skill. This will be fixed in the next update. Thanks for reporting.
