Wow, amazing game. The 'Life Berry' at the cliff gives you eternal youth, and makes it so you no longer expend stamina.
Notably there is enough gems that you do not need to collect one of them, and when you factor in harvesting souls there is enough stamina for you to max out the bar and then some.
camera pan is annoying, the numerous interesting projectiles we get all get used for contrived castle designs then forgotten, the triple bomb works for its more complex and less explody cousins, lag makes it impossible.
And the ballroom dance level has left me with one dude alive, almost completely horizontal, crammed between two other castle pieces.
The original was good but by the time one finished it they had had enough. This does not change the formula or add/do a good job implementing enough good ideas to stay fresh.
3/5
This is a great game, but the zooming and movement are both somewhat awkward and after a time seem to be causing alot of players to lose interest.
In the future try making the player movement smoother, possibly faster, and the game will really have universal appeal
played on onelevel or something ages ago, amazing game. the aircraft was a stroke of genius that adds way more depth to the game than the game could possibly deserve to have
this is a great game, challenge level is good, surprised to say that i enjoyed the music. no complaints, except that while this is a great game it really isnt worth paying for.
If i can finish this without a walkthrough then you know its easy, but for a casual point nd click fan the difficulty level is just right
Very good game. Points that could be improved on are the amount of items that stay in your inventory at the end of the game, and maybe the urgency factor.
great game
sequel needs polish (able to skip cutscenes, mute, etc)
When your skills are reset the learn skill stays the same, allowing you to regain the skills much quicker than the first time; so why all the bitching?
Not bad at all, good physics, and the art is enticing (which can be more important than you would guess for keeping interest in this sort of game.) complaints that come to mind include level 3 knocking itself over after sitting for about 20 seconds
Anyone out there really believe frantic was the first game to have this kind of gameplay? even if this hadnt been published months bfore frantic, it still would not be a copy. And within the genre of pixel shooter this is very original and fun, with well done enemy patterns and good upgrades.
remember playing this game years ago...
I would say some levels early in the game are too easy while some are too hard but overall it is a very nice puzzle game with an art style that fits the game.
I would have to agree with the guy who said this wasnt that fun.
but thats okay; not until getting the good ending and then going back for the bad ending did the point really come across. This is a brilliant and excellently done piece of work; the problem is with the difficult puzzles, unintuitive controls, and irritating (intentionally so, I would guess) sound effects the average browser gamer is not going to find themselves interested.
This is great in alot of ways, but it is a little slow and it has happened multiple times where I design a bridge, test it, it works. I go back to design the other bridges in the level, and this time the bridge that previously worked collapses.
that should not happen, its just bad gameplay.
Obviously this is not an exact replication of world war 2, but in response to anyone saying 'armies didnt just charge at each other': these are not armies, this game is fought mostly on platoon level and small units attacking tactically and using cover was not unheard of during WW2.
