Over a month later and still the same bug. I have 9 arcs completed and can't load any quest. I guess this is one of the few badges I won't be getting, not due to skill or endurance, but because of poor programming.
Checking my record after getting all the badges. Distance travelled (over the entire game): 468 Kilopixels. One of the first missions: Travel 7000 Kilopixels. Seems legit.
At 602 miners, I can need four more miners before I can buy anything else. But miners cost 1,321,602,352,825,154,000,000, and I only make 38,906,982/sec (10% increase), crunch the numbers and I only need to wait 1,076,389 years (accounting for leap years) to buy one miner.
Needs an auto-save, I lost hours of data because I didn't know I had to manual save and the game never offers you to save. At least put in a "Save and Continue" button after completing a round
I noticed the description was saying you only have 30 seconds before the authorities catch you and that gave me an idea. What if, after the 30 seconds, you hear a quick police siren (to let you know the time is up) but the game doesn't stop after that. A cop comes from a doorway on the side of the screen and you have to escape. If you get caught by the cop, you lose everything, but if you make it out, you win. You could save the gold and use it for upgrades and/or achievements. Another thing I'd like to suggest is, instead of making each level available from the beginning, make it so you have to beat level 1 to get to level 2. It's a simple concept, but it gives the player a sense of achievement, it would make the game more exciting.
To save your game in the middle of a dungeon, first go to the menu and hit "Save Game" then open this game in a second tab/window. This way, you can play the game without risk.
