IF you are having trouble finding gold or titanium, go to a GLACIAL planet, not volcanic, to get deep enough for it to spawn. Not every planet has some, which is why you want the telemetries array asap. BTW: if you have every artifact, take a look at your new planets for you to land at.

@brainiac Yes, there is, use the inventory items to "repair" or "refuel" this consumes the item you clicked reguardless of your status of fuel or hull, so you can "discard" this way.
