Suggestions:
Stores - I saw one on the first map, but after I went to the next battle I couldn't go back to it. I'm now on the second map, with 480 gold, but nowhere to spend it. Also, when I first visited the store I didn't have the 200 gold necessary to buy a gem on sale, so I was unable to see what it did;
Settings - Add a settings tab inside the battle. I want to be able to adjust the volume from inside a battle, currently I have to go ALL the way back to the main menu to do that. Also, a way to speed up the animation (2x and/or 4x) would be incredibly helpful. Sometimes enemy turns just drag.
Deck screen - Some sort options (Mana Cost, Health, Alphabetical, and/or Rarity) would make deck construction much easier;
Suggestions:
Open all packs (even if it is just one pack type at a time);
Some sort of notification on the Inventory page when you have enough Gem Pieces or Card Pieces to forge another;
Card Pieces - Sort the cards here so that the ones you can craft are at the very top, and the ones closest to being crafted are right after, so I can see immediately that I have cards ready to craft, e.g. Ones at 4+/4 or 40+/40 should be at the top, then ones that are only one away 3/4 or 39/40, then two away, 2/4 or 38/40, etcGem Pieces - I want to know what all of the gem types do without having to forge one;
Like smashhawk, my save seems to have been corrupted. Yesterday I finally unlocked the Tactical Command Ship (7/7/7 with 25 drone slots); today it says I have only been playing for 00:41:42 and I am back at the start.

First game I felt moved enough to complain about, doesn't properly scale for lower end computers and is all around just annoying when it suddenly misses.
To get flight (which is more like princess's float from Mario 2) go to the stone pedestal between 2 trees right before the 9th rune you unlock. Just sit on it for a minute or so and then it will unlock.
Secret units (with cost):
* Secret Striker (450) - Create 100 Thunderbolts
* Aircraft Carrier (3000) - Destroy an enemy Aircraft Carrier
* EMP Tower (250) - Create 10 Gun Towers (not sure if this is any 10 or 10 of the first type)
* Plasma Tower (2000) - Destroy 5 Enemy Corona Towers (this was much easier on the last stage when the enemy flies up close to your base). Also this tower has the same stats as the Zeppelin.
