Hi, the general advice we give is to make sure you're using the latest versions of either Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer / Microsoft Edge. Safari for example isn't supported unfortunately, because it has trouble with some core technologies we require to run the game. Other than that, if you use a notebook or anything that uses mobile graphics (like Intel Integrated Graphics), make sure your graphics drivers are up to date, as the game uses WebGL.
