The badge doesn't works, but you can always send missing badge report, take a screenshot and send it, i got the 4 badges yesterday, play the game without worries o/
I didnt have problems defeating Waizer on first try without guides ._. Just a mutant with heavy armor, get 24 on all the vigor skills, I used a blunt weapon and shield, maximize Combat, Defense and ShapeShift. BeastForm -> DemonForm -> Force = 350/400 damage, did it without healing o/
