If you wait long enough at the "The End" screen a message appears: "The shrink leaves, and suddenly I don't even have a person to tell my story to anymore." So he does remember the shrink visiting, even though in the report the shrink says that he doesn't remember any of their prior meetings.... that's so sad :(

It is a MMORPG. you get loot from monsttrers and there are dragons to fight. you can go in the dungeon and get items from treasure chests you can fight with one another. you have skills and after lvl 21 you get a bow n arrow skill
