@MassiveXPanda - They were trying to give all equipment and cards some kind of alternate purpose with the nexus. If they gave as much commitment to that as they have to new card packs it'd work out better
Great game, but in all my time playing the pricing hasn't improved. 100 gold for 1DC? It took me ~300 bronze packs for the crafts to make a claw assassin, or $300 DC. I wonder how much my Scorched Earth would've cost me if I bought it with DC, sale or not. Do you developers even look at the numbers you stick on your product?
@Artemis92 Promo packs arent new, they're just special. There was a two-week-long promo pack sale in the past, which is where people got fairy dust before this. I wish what you are suggesting could be the truth, but it's not very likely :\
@Lokigamer Every card in the game can be earned through draft packs or other means everyone has access to like brawls and crafting. The only cards you can only get with DC are promos. DC simply speeds up the process if you're interested enough in this game to spend money on it :)
Even if you only complain about promos, the people that spend DC on this game are stuck with whichever one shows up for the week, unless promo packs come back to the shop. Not much of an advantage anyway :P
Chat timestamps, skillpoint resets, something to do with cards you dont use, something productive to do when out of energy, more clan activities, and DC rewards scaling with levels.
@charliexluo1 Healing restores random cards from your deplete, so you're right you dont lose any, but you may end up swapping it out for something more useful. Like talismans or some of your better heals
Also, the patch notes says "gifting" got put into the game, where you can send and receive gifts from the home page after clicking a "View Gifts" button on the home page. Where is that button? I can't find it D:
Not a huge deal, but some people in chat were talking about common/uncommon/rares that cant be gotten in normal packs. We think the packs should be labeled series 1 and those cards that you cant get labeled series 2 or something, so that people dont go buying a ton of bronze packs for common cards that cant be bought.
