Storms and fire 'scorch' the land! While it's like this buildings can't be made on these tiles. Raising or lowering over them regenerates the land tile quicker though
Despite the high ratings, this game is terrible. It has a high potential, but it's just very buggy. Attack targeting is difficult, unit AI is miserable, they won't attack things that are right next to them and attacking them unless I order them to. If I have several units selected, only one will attack the target, and even that varies. Nice idea, bad implementation.
Would be a lot better if the enemies had to deal with walls. I've been killed way too many times by enemies that can shoot around the same corner I can't.
You should definately check the part that says the day is over. It gets frustrating to have to keep restarting because the day won't end and no one is there. I'd hate to see a good game ruined because of bugs.
Would be nice if the mini-map showed what you have explored and what you haven't. It's annoying to miss a part on one side of the map and not be able to find it.
The physics definately need to be improved. Why can't a bomb kill a guy when it blows up the wall he's standing next to? How come sometimes the explosive is thrown a few feet, and others it's thrown across the level? Oh, and if an enemy is standing on a bomb, it should kill him when it explodes. Also, please make bombs so that they don't randomly switch back to pick-ups when they're thrown. Otherwise, very well done.
Decent game, should probably make it so its completable, or at least tell the player when to make the vial to summon the drowned. I tried several times in multiple playthroughs in various places in the story, and it won't make it.
The number of invading zombies increases too dramatically after the first few waves. Either make a longer timer, or display how many zombies will attack the island next so that you have some idea what to expect. It gets annoying to be attacked by 20, 20, 20, 20 and then randomly 50 of them.
This game is an excellent start of something better. The game is solid in concept, but needs some work. The resources don't get distributed very well, maybe consider just using one overall stockpile instead of a bunch of smaller ones? After a while in the game, the numbers at the top no longer accurately show how many resources you have, especially if you flee from buildings too much. Fix some things, and keep up the good work.
