I think a map creator would be awesome. Say pick your background, style of map (Lots of big hills or small ones, tracks or water, etc). The style of gems in the race (Floating or ground, or both). And then obviously the option for Zen, Mining or Regular (I leave out water since that's already a map choice type deal.)
