One other thing I really like about this game, is the pacing. It's not this week-long grind to get started, it actually feels like you're making progress right from the get-go
I love the fact that one of the building incriments is "next", which upgrades to the next minimum needed for research. It's a small feature but makes the game stand out vs other idle games
"Grab your sword and fight the horde" (Footman). I swear this is the exact dialog from Warcraft 2, Tides of Darkness whenever you trained a footman. Nice easter egg :D
@Monarh There was an update, please see the patch notes on the right. All autoroutes needed to be canceled in the update (for good reason), but you can restart them. The 5x production is going for 24h as a gift from the developer, to try compensate for some of the hiccups that happened in the patch
I am really impressed with this game so far. At the start, I was not sure if I'd like it, but it is surprisingly fun and addicting! The developers also appear very active (multiple patches in the last week or so). I am definitely impressed. Keep up the good work!
Just something I wanted to mention - research increases OUTPUT, but does not touch consumption. Therefore, if 2 iron is being used and 3 steel being produced, the research would increase it to 2 iron being used but 4 steel being produced. So don't worry about messing up chains by research (I know other games when you do the research, it also increases consumption)
I see everyone on here rushing through the game just to get the badge. I'm the same, I understand why you would want to, but this game... Don't just skip through this game. It has an amazing story and great narrative. Enjoy it :)
The game is only a few minutes long, yet by the time you're done, you're more attached to the characters than in most long games. This is narration at its best. Insanely good work by this developer!
Just in case you didn't figure it out - to cancel the shot once you have started aiming, drag the cursor back onto your character (so you do the reverse of what you want to do when you aim)
Thanks for the positive note ... just one developer but I'm tryin' :)
