Game hasn't been abandoned by the devs, they are just slow at introducing new stuff. And yeah, I'll agree that it is a grind fest. ;)

You don't need the game to join the chat. Find us here: https://minnit.chat/DeadLand?embed&popout
The issues with the new zones failing to load was addressed ALL DAY LONG in the global chat, with the solution clearly explained there, which was nothing more than a necessary cache/cookie/local data clear. If you can't be bothered to join the chat in the first place, there is no other way for the rest of the community to help you.

@Nawell_II and others needing help and advice: Please join us on the general chat of the game (Chat icon at the bottom of your game screen, between the Arena and the Map icons), the community will gladly help, advise, and give appropriate links to wiki articles. You can pop this chat out of the game, so that you can keep it open while you play, for more comfort. Finally, this will be the best way to quickly find an active clan, which is crucial for a smooth progression.

Note to all new players: You can pop out the chat from the game, so that you can keep it open while you play. Don't hesitate to ask on said chat how to do so, we're a friendly bunch.

University - Investment section: It would be nice if the "In progress *time*" was overlapping only the bottom layer of the panel (the cursors and such), and left the top half visible, where it details amount invested, multi and possible yield. It's a shame to have that info available, yet not visible because of the overlapping message.

Reached the powerhouse level, but to be honest, the game has become nauseating (if not already so, right from start). To picture the situation, I'm at 44G per sec (approx), and require at least 16P for the next rank up, and 23P for the next milestone. Logging off for an entire day, and returning to the game didn't even award anything of note, neither a milestone, nor even a rank up on a zone. Agreed that the game needs a serious reassess on the progress structure. Moreover, again I repeat myself as I always say on "idle" type games: you absolutely need progression rewards short- and mid-term to hook the player, with serious promise of new game-play arising at some mid and early long-term break points. Otherwise, it's going nowhere. Good luck on the development, the graphic base is fine (as always), but the maths and the "feelgood" factor are seriously lacking atm.

Hey there! Thanks for the honest comment. Yes, we are currently re balancing the game to be more fast paced, and trying to get that "feelgood" factor as you call it. We are also working on new features, that will unfold as you progress, so we will be rolling out them soon enough (we first have to tackle this major problems). Thanks again for playing and for taking the time to give us feedback!

The craft "Science is Power" is repeatable. Yet it will just create another Synth Lab pin. Is this intended?

.../... (2) On the same line of thought, could it be considered to also grant the player a potential point bonus, depending on the potential of the gem used as resource? Again, I would advocate for a 10% bonus, ie: Using a potential 20 gem as resource for levelling up another gem, would provide a bonus 2 potential points. Indeed, increasing potential through smashing and shard usage is a very long process, and a little help on that would be awesome. Thanks for consideration!
Dear HappyGames69, I have a couple of requests for gem levelling that I would like you to consider please. (1) When levelling a gem, could we gain some of the level of the gem used as resource, as bonus level? I would think that 10% of the resource gem's level would seem fair, ie: using a level 20 gem as resource to level up a new gem, would give a bonus of 2 extra levels. Otherwise the game feels very punishing for levelling single stat gems, only to then start all over again from scratch when we find a multi stat version. .../...
Thanks for feedback! We soon implement it in next update!!

To kill the Hardboiled boss, you only need three things: at least a 30% NormalRange+, ditto with NormalInterval+, and a decent bottle of white wine with instant attack+, ideally 100+ damage. For added "oomph" you can throw in a BaseAll* and/or a combo CriticalRate-CriticalDamage.

Progress on soil level progress bar is lost when going offline. Coming back to the game brings you back to the base level your soil level was at, disregarding any progress made towards the next level. For example, a half-filled progress bar at soil level 9 going to 10, will reset at base soil level 9 with no progress if you refresh the page. :/

Autoskip is still generating issues. A simple fix could be to set the following: when nCurrentFloor => nHighestFloor - (nFloorSkip+1), then switch off the floor skip. Basically, if you have floor skip 4, and your highest floor is floor 45, as soon as you are on floor 40 or above, the skip switches off EVEN if the skip conditions are true. In the most critical case you would skip from floor 39 to floor 43, which would remain within the play bracket. Please upvote for Gniller's attention, thank you.

The recent update brought more flexibility towards acumen use for Automation, and while I wasn't particularly interested, it may be considered a good thing. However, the acumen cost change to automation's AI CONTROLS is, to be fair, excessive. Switching from 4-cost to 10 cost is not a "slight raise" as described in the update log, but a massive x2.5 cost raise (or 250% if you prefer percentages). It's far too much. Please reconsider. I would humbly suggest AI controls at 7 acumen, and Marketing/Repair at 5 as already implemented.
The AI controls were priced at 7 acumen prior the update, so the cost change was 7 -> 10. The other two went from 4 -> 5. The cost is initially larger but the flexibility should make the new system more profitable over multiple runs.

Just a minor detail; Since "vacation" (portal use) is permanent, maybe it should be considered better renamed as "Retired", since retirement is permanent, while vacation isn't... at least not in my job :P

Some extensions only affect the sector they are located on (eg: Citizen/yield increase for THIS sector by 25%) while other extension may apply their increase on ALL sectors. It could be considered to have the latter in different colour (ie: a golden hue) for ease of identification. It's a chore to have to hover over every single one to then be able to decide which ones to aim for in priority.
That's a great point! We'll test some different things to see what works best.

Played this a few years on Kong, and once more I come back to it now through Kartridge. And yeah, I'm enjoying it once more just as much as I did, it's a real gem. 5/5

Hey there. Game has decent potential, and I think it could turn out to be really fun once populated. Just a handful of things I spotted: The fidelis daily award system doesn't seem to be functioning atm. When looking at winning conditions in-game, it says "victoire" instead of "victory". I have a quest asking me to upgrade my movement speed, but I have already upgraded it to cap, so I can't upgrade it anymore, and therefore can't complete that quest. I have a quest asking me to destroy motion detectors that just doesn't complete, ever. Oh, and while we're on quest, an option to hide completed quests would be handy, atm I have almost 4 pages to scroll and slide to see what's left for me to accomplish. Good job so far, best of luck with the development, will be keeping an eye on this.
Hey SilverEyes_FR, thx you for your feedback! I added your recommendations and issues to our todo list. We are about releasing a single player mode, I hope you will find it fun. Dont hesitate to report other issues. Best.

The cover image for this game was unappealing. Expecting more junk, albeit curious, I hovoured my mouse over the image for the game description to pop up. "Berzerk Studios" was enough. *click*
