I'm playing on the Chrome browser on Windows. Same here. Just a black screen with the dot in the upper left that reveals the game website link and the sound button. Nothing else on the screen. I'm not even seeing the turning to pink when you click thing that others are saying they get.
Huh, I apparently managed to do some of the puzzles in a different order than the hint system suggested, since I took advantage of the fact that the squares take time to get to their position, so you can time your clicks to make everything clear in a timed sequence in a way they wouldn't be able to if you were clicking one at a time.
Why do the magic users have such low accuracy? There should at least be some skill that can be upgraded to increase it. My magic users have the upgrade that allows them to hit five opponents and they missed all five of them FIVE TIMES IN A ROW. It's just ridiculous.
Is the free play dice spinner rigged? Because i've played it for three days now and out of those six spins, i've only ever gotten food, gold, or prestige, which are only three of the locations on the board.
What you need to have is a mini chat room at the bottom of the queue while we're waiting to get enough players in the group for the boss fight in each mission set. Might stop people from drifting away after some time.
So...I beat Goresnout, who was the last person in the Echoes map, the first map. And...nothing happened. And it won't let me go onto the next map because it says I need to beat Echoes. But there's no one else to fight in Echoes. Is this some sort of glitch?
I don't understand, am I doing something wrong? I can't get past the first castle without have two frontline units, while I only have soldiers. To make either of the other two, I need a Stable or a Royal Court, but I don't have the blueprints for either of those. And the only way forward is through the castle. What's going on here?
It's not giving me the perfect badge even though i've completed all the levels with a perfect rating. The counter is stuck on 29. I tried completing one of the other levels again to force it, but it's not popping for some reason.
@Hyptosis: Well, that's because people feel that the quirky text comments detract from the horror-esque atmosphere of the game. I, personally, enjoy the text comments and the ":D"'s. I feel that it gives a fair amount of characterization to the player characters, since the only other amount we get is from the cut scene pages and his responses in conversations (which are quirky as well). I like being able to learn more about the character i'm playing.
Hey thanks. In the first game everyone said the writing was bad, but I don't think it was, I just wanted the towns people to be sour, and the main character to be cold and quiet. I tried to give him more personality in this game, without totally changing it, he's still cynical for instance. But now people are complaining the opposite. :P You can't please everyone. *sigh*
Well, i'm screwed over on the Skyrim quest. I don't have a right arrow key anymore and this game isn't WASD enabled, so I can't even move the character in the right direction (Ah, puns).
That's good, the main idea of the game is to make you enjoy the gameplay, not to limit you
