Item breaking is really a thorn in the side. I barely want to equip my heroes because even if I send 2 heroes on a mission with an A score they will most likely both break 2 items somehow..... what on earth?
Why does nearly no one have these badges in this awesome game?
Is it because it requires thinking, not mouse skills? Rated it 5/5 without a doubt, a fantastic game, there's hardly anything wrong with it except a few minor points, I really like this concept :)
Was very excited to see a game from Nerdook, but unfortunately I have to rate it 2/5 here's why. You can use one setup through the entire game and win. I used only flame archers/firemonks, whatever tank I could get and spearmen and retreated whenever possible. While retreating your ranged unit still fire, giving massive damage to the enemy army + your base supports with ranged fire when you retreat enough. I really liked the implementation of cards and the usage of the old tested one base versus another concept, but the above plus the fact I felt like it was more grinding than anything else left a bad impression on me. This game has some very good potential though and I'm looking forward to the next Nerdook game for sure.
This game is quite easy to beat if you simply use the wiki for the game like I did. No need for warbonds or anything. The decks are so good you can even put them on quadruple speed and let the game play it self.
There is some grind to get all of the random 50 achievements, but the good thing is that when the game plays itself it's rather swift to use your energy and you can play a game you actually like just afterwards.
I don't understand the achievement description on the achievement "Get Your Kicks on Mission 66 Badge" Do we simply have to complete mission 66 or? I'm confused by the part "through mission 66". Thanks in advance.
I both like and don't really like this game because I think it greatly encourages cheating in the form of two players playing at once. But on the flip side it is a very nice challenge for us gamers :)
Be sure you are equipping green affinity for both item type and level. This will help reduce break chance.
